| Want to hear that? Maybe you want to impress a relative or a future spouse - well, now you can - Safford has a limo service that is affordable and available! Starting December 2006, CharminglyTrendy.com offers limousine service to anyone, anywhere! You heard right, anyone, anywhere... and here are the details! What we have so far CharminglyTrendy.com has purchased a 1978 6-door Cadillac DeVille stretch limousine, the first of hopefully many! How much we charge Our rates are for total event, determined from the time we pick you up to the time we return you to your starting spot, figured by the hour. We charge $60 an hour, minimum 2 hours, plus a $100 deposit. Book early as we have limited limos! Cash is preferred, and major credit cards accepted by PayPal.com are accepted. The deposit plus estimated hours will be applied to your credit card at the time of reservation. Your reservation contract will be sent to your email address as well as ours when booked online. We will deliver your contract to you when booked by phone. Billing start and stop Billing will begin at the agreed time or at the pick-up location, whichever is later. Billing is done on an hourly basis, with stop-time determined by return to originating point or agreed location at time of reservation. Pick-up and return within a 15-mile radius centered on the Mount Graham Shopping Center in Safford, Arizona is free. This includes Safford, Thatcher, Pima/Bryce, Cactus, Solomon, Sanchez and Thunderbird Flat. Pick-up/return to destinations outside of this area will be subject to an additional fee, to be determined at time of reservation. Changes of event during contracted event Your time is your time. If you expect to exceed contracted time, advise your chauffeur. If you are a cash customer, you will have to pre-pay any anticipated overage. If you have paid by credit card, your card will be charged the following morning with any overages. You may have the chauffeur go anywhere you like during your contracted time, there are no limits, unless the chauffeur suspects illegal activity; i.e. crossing state lines with a minor on board. Gratuity to the chauffeur Customary and industry standard is 15%-20%. Stay in contact with the chauffeur during the trip It is highly recommended your party and your chauffeur exchange telephone numbers during the course of your trip. This will be handy when you are ready to advance to your next destination. The majority of restaurants, bars, nightclubs etc, will not allow any limousines to park in the front of the building, therefore contacting your driver 10 minutes before you need him will work out flawlessly. Make sure your chauffeur has at least 2 telephone numbers from members of your party. Your chauffeur is assigned to you for the duration of your trip. We will not wedge other limo rides during your contract as this would jeopardize the safety of the driver and the event for the you. Canceling a reserved limousine If you must cancel your contract, it must be done as soon as possible, by phone or in person only. If you cancel 48 or more hours prior to contract pick-up time, your entire charges will be reversed, including your deposit. Cancelling the service can be done up to one (1) day prior to the trip is possible, with forfeiture of the $100 deposit. Cancellation within 24 hours of contract pick-up time will only cancel the pick-up, not the charges; you will be charged 100% of the service including gratuity. Exceptions include severe weather conditions that disable driving conditions. Alcoholic beverage policy This limousine service is not licensed and does not have the authority to serve alcohol to passengers. Likewise, we do not permit passengers to bring alcohol on board. This includes champagne. If it determined that a customer has broken this rule, the contracted service will be cancelled and the customer dropped off at the closest payphone. No refund will be granted. Personal belongings left in the limousine Call your chauffeur directly and don't wait too long. Ask them to look the limo over carefully. A good rule of thumb is to ask your limo driver to keep all personal belongings in the trunk. This way everything is stowed in one compartment for easy retrieval. Limousine damage policy Your $100 deposit will be returned the following day after the limo has been inspected an no damage is noted. Damage noted shall be compared to the damage log kept at the office. Any damage determined to be caused during your trip will be brought to your attention, and you will be given the opportunity to affect any repairs using a repair facility of your choice. As the person reserving the service, you are the guarantor of service and will be held responsible for the damages. In addition to physical damage charges, downtime (loss of wage) based on effected booked services may be charged. You will be offered to inspect the damage log and initial it to rid you of any blame on any pre-existing damage. Smoking policy This is a non-smoking limo service. We will pull over and allow you to smoke outside if you ask. | |||||
